We use personal information collected via our app for a variety of business purposes, including:

  • To facilitate account creation and logon process.
  • To fulfill and manage your workout tracking and plans.
  • To send administrative information to you.
  • To protect our Services.

3. Sharing Your Information

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

4. Data Security

We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

5. Data Retention

Your workout history, saved routines, body metrics, nutrition and water logs, schedules, and other tracking data are stored locally on your device and remain there until you delete the app or clear its data. Your account information (such as your email address) is retained by our authentication provider for as long as your account remains active. Records of your daily AI chat credits are retained for as long as your account is active and are used only to enforce daily usage limits. We do not retain the content of your AI chat conversations beyond what is needed to generate a response.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete your locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing its app data in your device settings. To request deletion of your account and any associated server-side data (such as your email address and credit records), please visit our Account Deletion page or email us directly. We will fully delete this data within 30 days of a verified request.
